I was at the MFA, Boston, when a group of teenage students descended on the museum like a hoard of mongrels. I went to member services and complained. The MFA representative said that the best way I could help the MFA was to contact the school's headmaster and let him know about what happened. The school is taking bad student behavior very seriously and it will be dealt with. The MFA is also taking this seriously, because "…this isn't the first, nor is it the last time a group of visiting students behave badly and are disruptive. Perhaps we need to do a better job about handling such situations…" What I would like to know is this: do students who see this video just before visiting the deYoung museum behave better than students who don't see this video? (Has this video been studied?) Thanks.
